If there’s ever an issue on our end wrong item, damaged shipment, or a defective product we guarantee a full refund or exchange. Just reach out to us right away and we’ll take care of the rest, fast and fairly.

Return Window

  • You can return most items within 30 calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • After 30 days, we may still be able to offer a store credit or exchange  just reach out and we’ll see how we can help.

  • All returned items should be in new and unused condition, with original packaging, and accompanied by your Sales Invoice or Packing List.

Quick Checklist

Returns are accepted if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

  • It’s within 30 calendar days from delivery.

  • It’s not a special/custom order or marked “non-returnable” on the product page.

If We Made a Mistake

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll make it right at no cost to you just contact us right away. You’ll be eligible for a full refund or store credit, and we’ll cover the return shipping.

If You Changed Your Mind

No problem you can still return the item! Just note:

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply if the item is not being exchanged and isn’t defective.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless it was our error.
